Programas de prevención para evitar el abuso de alcohol en estudiantes universitarios. Una revisión sistemática

El abuso de alcohol en universitarios es un desafío global en salud. En esta revisión sistemática se analizaron programas de prevención para abuso de alcohol en contextos universitarios de los últimos cinco años. Los artículos revisados destacaron que la independencia adquirida y la presión social entre pares son factores clave en la prevalencia del consumo de alcohol. La tecnología digital, dada su versatilidad, es vital en las intervenciones preventivas. Es importante explorar enfoques innovadores tecnológicos, fomentar la participación activa de estudiantes en las intervenciones a través de métodos cualitativos, basados en alguna teoría pedagógica, y expandir la investigación en Latinoamérica.
