The exercise of the educational practice in the Sierra Tarahumara

This paper takes stock of the practice of teaching practice in the Sierra Tarahumara of Chihuahua, Mexico. It highlights the avatars that the actors: parents, teachers and directors live in the daily educational practice. It is a diagnosis that scrutinizes from the meanings constructed by them, the conditions in which the teaching of indigenous education currently works in the ethnic context of the entity, specifically in the education of Tarahumara children of basic education. Identify the challenges and critical conditions in which pedagogical work is carried out in these regions. For which, in the period from 2013 to 2014 at the state level, 294 questionnaires were applied to teachers or directors of indigenous education and 16 in-depth interviews.
