Education and biocultural heritage: Construction of an experience in indigenous education in the Sierra Tarahumara

This work is a progress report on the project "Biocultural heritage in the curriculum and pedagogical practices in indigenous education" from the theoretical considerations of sociocultural pedagogy, for the incorporation of traditional knowledge of indigenous education teachers of the Sierra Tarahumara, linked to biocultural heritage. The work developed during the second half of 2017 is described, describing the operative, management and methodological processes for the educational intervention and the theoretical criteria on which this project is based.
