Las actitudes de los actores en el proceso educativo. Su impacto en los estudiantes migrantes hispanos para alcanzar el éxito en matemáticas e inglés

El objetivo del estudio fue analizar las actitudes de los actores del proceso educativo para verificar su impacto en el éxito escolar de los alumnos migrantes hispanos en matemáticas e inglés, ya que la migración frecuente y su limitada comprensión del idioma los coloca en alto riesgo escolar. La investigación con un enfoque mixto se basó en un marco teórico/conceptual constructivista-social; con diseño de tipo no-experimental, transversal y correlacional-causal; con una muestra de tipo probabilístico aleatorio. Los resultados mostraron una falta de integración entre algunos de los actores del proceso educativo, promovida no por actitudes prejuiciosas sino más bien de indiferencia a trabajar en conjunto. Las conclusiones obtenidas podrán contribuir a que la práctica docente sea transformada con la adopción de estrategias que mejoren el proceso académico en matemáticas e inglés dirigido a esta minoría, pero enfatizando el involucramiento de sus familias y comunidades locales. A partir de las conclusiones, se recomienda la integración de un comité a nivel distrital para delinear un modelo de binomio enseñanza-aprendizaje con actividades que transformen las malas actitudes, mediante una disposición y empatía que aliente la práctica habitual de buenas actitudes y sane el entorno educativo en que ellos se desenvuelven.
