Abstract

This work presents the way the process of training influences the transformation of musical consumption and the appreciation of the role played by music in the social environment. Parting from the application of a survey, which seeks to explore from a phenomenological perspective cultural capital, the existing relationship between musical consumption and the university, which was applied through the Internet to students of 9 campuses of the Pedagogical University National of the State of Chihuahua. Because of the work, it was detected that the training process does influence, albeit weakly, the musical consumption habits of the students of the bachelor’s in educational Intervention.
