Abstract
This present work shows partial results from a qualitative study, of phenomenological character. It pretends to recover the experience of private university students from diverse careers in the capital of Chihuahua, about information of the subject of Theater, while trying to locate sociocultural factors that are recognized as favorable to their academic and personal development. It utilizes sociocultural pedagogy as a theoretical referent, because it allows to identify diverse behaviors that generate necessary changes inside the educative progress; thus, when observing the social facts that emerge from artistic development, it can characterize the theatrical experience such as its process and its aim. The results that are being shown in this partial report are a product of recovered information from semantic nuclei, pertinent for recovery of sociocultural representations.
