Abstract

The following paper describes a study made using elementary school kids. The objective is to identify the adequate environment for the teaching-learning process. Parting from a factorial analysis with consistent variables provides the constitution of the learning environments of this population, the elements that make up these environments refer to traditional practices as exams, habits and use of studying for an exam, homework and teamwork, the knowledge acquired, time spent in school, level of attention in class, the teacher of the group, the discipline shown in classroom, the ideas contributed in class, ease of learning and grades. However, a multivariable analysis provides a proposal that weighs in this environment. The elements that appear in this proposal are located in the attitude of the kids, like morals, responsibility, attendance, the emotions manifested during the learning process and the construction of learning.
