Abstract
The present study proposes a methodology to evaluate educational programs. Based on previous research in which the model was used, to obtain an assessment of the “Intervention proposal: Attention to the education of students with outstanding skills”. The model described is made up for four components – general evaluation, procedural evaluation, results in the evaluation and the institutionalization of the program-; Integrates four quality criteria -Pertinency, coherency, efficacy and relevance-, and tree descriptors. The model is theoretically based in Robert Stake’s comprehensive evaluation and Perez Juste contributions to science. In the end, a summary of the results obtained with the implementation of the previously designed model, showing its efficacy using it to assess educative programs.
