Abstract
The following study of qualitative order, intends to analyze the situations which involve the work trajectory of intellectually handicapped women related to the educative process and social equality. The objective is to know in depth the diverse scenarios and actors involved directly in this process. The issue treated in this paper is about educative, work and social related vicissitudes which intellectually handicapped women must face in relation to the men regarding integrating the labor market. Social justice has focused all the variables in one, leaving aside the possibility of taking a transversal or holistic approach to gender and disability.
